UG Courses

Eligibility for I year B.E., program :

A pass in HSC (Academic) / CBSE / Pre-degree / Plus Two level / equivalent with minimum eligibility marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (or) A pass with minimum eligibility marks in one of the HSC (Vocational Stream) with Engineering / Technology as Vocational subjects and any one or two of the related subjects like Maths, Physics or Chemistry (or) Any other equivalent qualification approved by the State Board of Technical Education and training / Higher Secondary Board of Tamil Nadu and Universities in Tamil Nadu.

Pass in Maths, Physics + Chemistry (combined) at 10+2 level examinations of Tamil Nadu Board of Education equivalent with minimum marks as per community given below.

Direct II year B.E. Degree Program (Lateral Entry) Eligibility

The eligibility for Direct Admission to second year of B.E course is a pass in 3 years diploma course conducted by Tamil Nadu State Board of Technical Education or equivalent recognized by the board in pre-final and final semester as per communities reservation given below

NRI QUOTA ADMISSIONS

Students of Indian origin are eligible to apply under Non Resident Indian (NRI) quota. They may be admitted under Management quota for admission to I year B.E. / B.Tech. and Lateral Entry to II year B.E. / B.Tech., sponsored by their parents, brothers, sisters, uncle and aunt who are employed in aboard (as Non Resident Indian - NRI). Minimum mark required for admission is a pass in the qualifying examination.

Candidates seeking admission under NRI quota need to produce Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) from Anna University. PEC is to be obtained from The Director, Student Affairs, Anna University, Chennai 600 025.

The following documents are needed for applying Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC).

• Sponsorship Letter in Original, with relationship certificate (Blood relation - must be father, mother, brother, sister, uncle, aunt only).
• NRI Bank Account - Pass book of the financial supporter with NRE number.
• Employer Letter of the financial supporter (in Original).
• Embassy Certificate of the financial supporter (in Original).
• Copy of Passport of the financial supporter.
• Evidence for having paid US $1000 to the College.
• Nativity Certificate of the financial supporter.

PG COURSES

Eligibility for I year MCA program :

Candidates should be passed in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects or plus two level.
